Course registration is binding upon completion of the payment process via our website.

A €100 non-refundable down payment is required to secure a spot in the course.

The remaining course fee can be paid:

• In full before the course starts
• In 6 monthly installments, automatically charged via Stripe.

If payment fails at any stage, the Course Participant must resolve the issue within 7 days to continue access to course materials and support.

Course Participants will receive access to course materials and trainer support throughout the course.

Course support includes guidance from trainers via online platforms. The extent and format of support are subject to change based on the course structure.

• Course Participants have up to 1 month after registration to request a cancellation.
• Refunds are processed as follows:
1. If you paid the full course fee upfront
   • 80% of the total course fee will be refunded.
   • The €100 down payment is non-refundable.
2. If you are paying in installments
   • You must pay 20% of the total course price as a cancellation fee.
   • This amount will be split into two equal monthly installments.
   • The €100 down payment is non-refundable.

🛑 No refunds will be issued after 1 month from registration

• For installment payments, Course Participants authorize automatic monthly deductions via Stripe.
• A cancellation link will be included in confirmation emails for easy subscription management.

• Course materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of CodeFactory GmbH
• Participants may not copy, share, or redistribute any course content without written permission.

• Personal data (name, email, payment details) will be processed securely via Stripe for payment processing.
• Course Participants can request data removal by emailing christoph.pirringer@codefactory.wien .
